Evidence first
Before building, we are collecting facts: what each AI tool can really do, what people use today, and where people who do not write code get stuck.
Every fact has a source, a date and a date to check it again.
A clear bar
DHMS should be better than every other option. Before we build, we turn that into numbers: how fast someone gets a working helper, how often they finish a task, and how plain every word is.
